GSRT IS CLOSED FROM PILGRIM TO EDSON

Heads up trail users!  The Forest Service has closed the forest area affected by the Bradley fire.  That area includes the GSRT between Pilgrim Creek road and Edson.  Do not enter the forest or the trail in this area! 

Be aware that Pilgrim Creek road is flooded out and closed around the Forest Service bridge site.  There could be sudden releases of floods of mud (heavy mud the consistency of wet concrete).  If the Bradley closure is lifted, caution should still be used around Mud Creek as it will remain in the mode of surges of mud and melt water to create those dangerous floods.
